Schedule

Raising the vibe.

To mark the distinction between aerial fitness and traditional workouts, we consciously moved away from conventional notions of rigid routine to reflect a more liberated, joyful and intensely personal experience.

Secured at the sacrum, the aerial hammock offers a unique, suspended, zero- compression inversion practice— creating new room for physical, mental, spiritual and emotional alignment.

First-time aerial students explore fundamentals that fuse elements of conditioning and balance; linking movements and power postures with the breath and hammock.

Experienced members take flight with advanced sequences that offer deep stretching, extended inversions and creative choreo designed to strengthen the upper body and challenge the core.

The Libre studio in Wynwood, Miami

The ultimate
photo moment in the world’s most insta-worthy neighborhood.

By its very nature, aerial practice is intrinsically photogenic. And we know our members can’t resist the siren song of an amazing photo-op.

While most class-based studios enforce a strict no-selfie policy, we’ve designed the space at Libre with our members’ best angles in mind.

Aerial hammocks are purposefully placed with an unobstructed sight-line to the studio’s rear leather-paneled wall. To document progress, personal photography is permitted during aerial practice.

To maintain inward focus, privacy is preserved with a no-photography policy during traditional, mat-based classes.
