Aerial Restorative Sound Bath

Relax and rebalance

Designed for deep relaxation, this 60-minute restorative class guides members through a gentle aerial flow. Creative sequencing and transitions offer opportunities for deep stretching while building strength, coordination and mental poise. Cocooned inside the aerial hammock, sound bath vibes create sleep-like-a-baby, extra deep relaxation during extended savanna.

No experience required.

Aerial Basics

Foundation that’s anything but basic

60-minute beginner class that introduces new members to aerial exercises in the silk hammock; the class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance with the hammock. Regardless of its beginner pace, Aerial Basics will deliver a challenging workout.

No experience required.

Aerial Vinyasa

Flow and fly

60-minute mixed-level class linking movements and power postures with the breath and hammock. Aerial Vinyasa fuses basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility beyond what traditional yoga provides. Modifications and advanced cues will be given, so that students can practice to their personal edge.

Great for all levels.

Aerial Stretch & Sculpt

Feel strengthened and stretched

60-minute full-body intensive using the aerial hammock, this class focuses on strengthening the upper body, core, obliques and lower back muscles. Using the hammock as support, gravity helps to increases full-body flexibility with extra deep stretching.

Designed for strength-seekers.

Aerial Foundation

Acrobatic and athletic

This 60-minute class focuses on cirque-style conditioning techniques that build upper body strength, stamina and extended stretching. Aerial Foundation isolates specific poses and transitions, while exploring the foundation of inversions, grips, splits, back bends and flips. Modifications and advanced cues will be given, so that students can practice to their personal edge.

Great for all levels.

Aerial Choreo

Cirque-style flow

60-minutes of creative choreo set to a dope playlist, Aerial Choreo focuses on sequences of advanced poses integrated into flowing, aesthetic movement. Bring out the performer's spirit with sequences of wraps, flips, tricks and drops; learning how to flow from one to the another with strength and fluidity.

60-minute restorative class that guides members through a gently-paced sequence. Farewell cortisol. Emphasizing slow, mindful movements, breathwork and personal inward focus, this class is designed to calm over-stressed nervous systems and restore balance to mind and body.

Mat Flow

Gentle pace

60-minute vinyasa flow class incorporating a gentle rhythm of yoga essentials including standing postures, twists and inversions designed to open, release, strengthen and detoxify your body from the inside, out. Flowing transitions create opportunities to build strength, coordination and mental poise.

Mat Pilates

Sculpt and stretch

60-minute low-impact class designed to sweat away stress and sculpt the entire body. Fusing traditional Pilates strength-building postures with controlled movement, feel muscles engage more intensely with the detoxing benefits of infrared heat. Leave class feeling toned, centered and more deeply connected to mind, body and spirit.

Mat Power

Serious sweat

60-minute athletic class for building strength and toning the whole body. Intended for intermediate to advanced practitioners looking to explore the depths of their practice with advanced sequences and postures for a sweat-inducing, mood-boosting hour. Leave class feeling powerful, strong and realigned.
