the signed permission you have given to the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual you must attach a copy of the following information to the request: (i) a completed Authorized Agent Designation Form indicating that you have authorization to act on the consumer’s behalf; and (ii) if you are a business, proof that you are registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in California. If we do not receive these pieces of information, the request will be denied. We do not sell Personal Information.
SECTION 16 – DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to Do Not Track signals or other mechanisms, which means that we collect information about your online activity both while you are using the Site and after you leave the Site.
SECTION 17 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
