FAQs

What time should I arrive to class?
It's usually a good idea to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of class. This allows time to set up, settle in and perhaps do some light stretching or relaxation before the session begins. It also provides a buffer in case there are any unexpected delays, like traffic or difficulty parking. (We see you, Miami.)
Classes begin promptly at the time scheduled. Late arrivals are permitted with advance call or text to front desk advising on arrival time. Late arrivals are not permitted with no advance call or message.
Wait list: As classes meet full capacity, booked guests with no advance call or message of late arrival time will receive a 5-minute grace period following class time start. Following the grace period, spots will be made available to wait-listed guests and attendance class will be forfeited from guest account. If guests should arrive anytime following the grace period and space is no longer available, guests can be rebooked with no-show forfeit waiver, pending availablity.
